Read before playing

You're talking to someone you like. Testing hasn't come up. Your job is to get it said — either they tell you when they were last tested, or you tell them yours and they answer.

You say three things, chosen from four options each time. They start with three patience. A wrong move costs one. At zero, they change the subject and it's over.

Read the tell under their name first. The Deflector turns everything into a joke — laugh along and you lose. The Waiter wants this conversation but won't start it. The Tester is already thinking about it and is watching whether you can just say it.

Hinting fails. Pushing hard fails. Charm with no actual question fails.

Getting them to answer clears it. Saying yours first and having them answer scores highest — because you don't ask for a standard you won't meet yourself.
